Starting the year with a bang!! (or a splat)

So far this year has been crazy!!!! It all started with Wyatt's 6 month apt. last Monday. We took him in and as the Dr was checking him over he discovered that he has an irregular heartbeat. He said that a lot of children do but to make sure it isn't something more serious we needed to take him to primary children's to do an EKG. Talk about nerve racking!! We are hoping to here back the results today, so I will deffinatly keep you posted on that!! We also learned while we were there that he had a pretty good ear infection, so the Dr prescribe amoxicilion for him. Also while we were there I wanted to ask him about Raegan's snoring problems she has had lately... She snores so loud and stops breathing in the night and her tonsils look huge to me. He said he doesn't really like to take tonsils out unless there is a problem, but he would take a look and see. He stuck a stick in her mouth and looked at me and said, "ummm yeah those need to come out, they are huge." Sooo Yeah another trip to primary children's next Friday for her consultation appt.!!

Meanwhile back at the Bingham household Wyatt is extremely cranky and not sleeping at all at night. Josh and Chelsea are sick as dogs with sore throats and colds (thanks Christy). Wyatt wakes up in the middle of the night on Sunday and I discover that he has a little rash on his face! Not really thinking it looked too serious, he feel back to sleep. The next morning we woke up and Wyatt had the most horrifying rash I have ever seen!! So I called the Dr and we took him back in Monday afternoon. We come to find out that he had a delayed alergic reaction to his amoxicilon!! (see picture below) Poor boy!!!!!

But with all the crazyness going on it helps me realize how important my Children and my family really are to me!! We are so blessed!!
