Celebrate! Celebrate!

Some of you would probably think that with having your Birthday and Anniversary in the same week you would get shafted with combining the two, but that is not the case with my hubby! He is so sweet and so far has been excellent when planning the special week for me! This year we went to Vegas and had a fabulous time! Our time share we stayed in was beautiful and had a lot of fun things to do!


We spent a lot of time at Lake Mead enjoying the beautiful sunshine and weather! It was so cool because you could drive the boat right up to the Hoover Damn! And yes we bought a new boat! We LOVE it and can't wait to make a lot more family memories!





For my Birthday Josh took me to race some race cars! It was fun! The little cars are small, but go 45mph! It was crazy going that fast! Josh got 2nd place and I of course got 10th out of 12th!!! He also took me to the movie "just go with it" I loved it and have never laughed so hard!!



We walked around the strip a couple of times and saw the sites! There is a lot of garbage on the strip, but a lot of cool things to see too!

We went to this really cool outdoors store called "The Outdoor World" it's kinda like Cabellas but way bigger and decorated so awesome!! Josh was in Heaven I think!





We went and hit some golf balls a few times too because the weather was so fabulous! I decided that golf really isn't my thing... Im not so good at it!! But my hubby
sure is!

Thanks to the love of my life for planning such an awesome trip! We had so much fun reconnecting and spending time just the two of us! But don't get my wrong I missed my kids so much! They had a blast at Grandma and Grandpa Ras's though! When we came back to pick them up we took them and my parents to Sandhallow for a boat ride! It was fun! Except for the part when we thought it was warm enough to go tubing but wasn't and we sunk our tube and almost froze to death!! The lake is so pretty though and the kids loved playing in the sand! My mom even let me transform her into a mermaid!!

Then we tipped over and the water was so cold! Raegan's face says it all!
