YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!
A while ago I posted about me loosing weight!! Well it took me forever to start up and get in a grove!! But I have to tell you that I have done it and I feel amazing!!! I started doing weight watchers with my mom and sister and I run on my treadmill 5 times a week!! I have also been working outside in my yard a lot weeding and making it look beautiful!! So how much have I lost you say?...... well I weighed myself this morning and I finally made it to my 10 pound mark!!! I am so happy and proud of myself!! I have wanted to do this forever!! I still have a ways to go, but I know now that I can do anything!!

yeah chels that is so good!! I did way good for a while and I am struggling again but seeing how good you have done gives me some motivation keep me posted!!!

Sooo proud of you Chels! I have to tell you that last time Deryck and I saw you for easter, Deryck leaned over to me and asked if you had lost wieght, and how much and I think you were at about 6 or 7 and he said that it looked like you had lost alot more than that. So cudos to you and keep it up and stay positive and you will hit every goal!
WAY TO GO! I am so proud of you! Keep up the good work, it should be easier now that we are out of the holidays and we have nice weather and fruits and veggies in season!
